After having settled down in one of the holiday studios or family apartments, we have the pleasure to make you discover Grand Bay to familiarize yourself with our charming coastal town: Banks, post office, currency exchange offices, shops, stalls, restaurants, supermarket where you can buy your provisions.

You want to explore the island and be independent! For travelling means, we provide you with cars, scooters and bicycles with several rental options. You can then freely visit the touristic attractions more quickly by car or scooter and drive on the coastal road.

If you prefer to be accompanied, we offer island tours by car or minibus (you can group yourself with other people) with a qualified experienced driver – guide who will take you to beautiful and authentic places of your choice.

You came with your child or children and want to share a couple dinner. No worries! We can provide you with a babysitter who is experienced with kids and will make them share pleasant moments.

You want to taste our typical Mauritian dishes. You can of course go to the restaurant. But a little advice, talk to the maid about it who is also a mother. She knows the “Grandmother” recipes and will be happy to cook for you at a lower cost.

About the laundry issue that spoils the holiday, the Residence Peramal has thought of it. You may also benefit from cheaper laundry services provided by the maids at the residence. The maid of your studio or family apartment can take your clothes wash them home and bring them back cleaned the next day at a cheapest price.

You want to be in constant contact with your family or your business; as if you were home, all our holiday studios and apartments have access to Internet through RJ45 available in your rooms and free Wi-Fi in common areas.

Each studio and apartment has a T.V set. You can choose between the different local channels, which allow you to be aware of the news in Europe and worldwide.

When it comes to security, there are security cameras monitoring the Residence Peramal 24 hours daily and at night the watchman is present from 06.00 p.m. to 06.00 a.m. In addition, all holiday studios and apartments are equipped with an electronic safe to protect your documents and belongings to make your stay comfortable.

Mauritius is a tropical island, where sometimes it is very hot. You may switch on the fan or the air conditioning (optional).

As far as it concerns of cleanliness, the maids ensure the daily cleaning of the studios and apartments with professionalism. For any query or complains, meet the person in charge. They are present every morning at the concierge of the residence.
