For your holidays in Mauritius, the Residence Peramal welcomes you in its 14 holiday rental studios and family apartments in Grand Bay, all facing the sea and with direct sea views from your terrace.

Located in the sunniest part of the island, away from the main road, at the Residence Peramal you will have the pleasure to enjoy the quiet and the beautiful views of the lagoon.

The residence offers three types of holiday rental accommodations: Classic studios of 45 m2 for one or two persons Panoramic studios in angle of 60 m2 for one or two persons Family apartments of 100 m2 which compounds of two bedrooms for three or four persons.

Offering the maximum comfort with ventilation and air conditioning (optional), all of our holiday rental studios are equipped with two twin beds that can be combined. Our holiday rental family apartments have one bedroom with double bed and the other bedroom with two twin beds.

Each self catering studio and family apartment has a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and a kitchen with induction hob, fridge-freezer, kettle, microwave, coffee maker and all necessary kitchen utensils, and of course the terrace for your meals with direct sea view where you can appreciate the sunset with your loved ones.

The Residence Peramal will also be the starting point for many attractions such as the red roof church of Cap Malheureux, Tamil temple in Grand Bay and Hindu temple in Triolet, sugar museum in Pamplemousses, Pamplemousses botanical Garden.

A 30 minutes express bus to Port Louis, the capital of the island with its history, its colorful market worth a half day visit. You can have buses at 30 minutes interval time.
