The Residence Peramal is equipped with a CCTV security camera system and also has a night watch man from 06.00 p.m. to 06.00 a.m. to ensure your safety. Beside all our holiday accommodations are equipped with an electronic safe to protect your valuable belongings.

Everything is planned according to your comfort and security. All our holiday studios and family apartments are equipped with ceiling fan and air conditioning (optional).

The air conditioning service has an additional fee of Rs 250, around 6 Euros for studios and Rs500, around 12 Euros for family apartments.

Hygiene and cleanliness

Our maids on a daily basis with meticulous attention clean all the holiday studios and family apartments.

All cleaning products used at the Residence Peramal are Bio and Eco friendly. After each departure, all studios and apartments are deeply cleaned and sanitized. For our everyday cleaning, all kitchenettes, bathrooms and toilet are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to offer the best cleanliness conditions to our guests.

Bed sheets and towels are provided. Whenever needed the bed sheets and towels are replaced by our cleaning service personals.

The premises of the Residence Peramal are kept under the supervision of a pest free control company for better hygiene and health.
